2010 HSA Contribution Limits
Individual Coverage: Up to $3,050
Family Coverage: Up to $6,150
Catch-up contribution: Additional $1,000 (ages 55-64)
Eligibility requirements:
- Small groups may apply anytime throughout the year for an effective date the first of the following month.
- Sole Proprietors may enroll during the annual open enrollment on April 1.

Lock in your rates for 10 or 20 years
You and your spouse may apply for up to $1,000,000. Members under age 50 may apply for 10 or 20 year terms, members ages 50 to 59 may apply for a 10 year term.
